Medidas de apoyo a las familias •Tramitación con carácter de urgencia de todas las ayudas de emergencia social. •Mantenimiento y mejora de todas las subvenciones, convenios y contratos de las Entidades sociales que siguen prestando los servicios sociales generales y específicos a cada sector de población. •Pago adelantado de las becas de ayuda de comedor de alumnos escolarizados del municipio. •Incremento en 100.000€, hasta los 225.000€, el presupuesto destinado a la ayuda social que se gestiona desde el área de Servicios Sociales para ayuda a las familias. •Bonificación desde el día 1 de marzo de 2020 hasta final del presente curso académico, las tasas correspondientes a la Escuela Municipal Infantil y a la Escuela de Música. •Se bonificarán un 50% las tasas correspondientes a la Escuela Municipal Infantil y a la Escuela de Música desde el inicio del curso 2020/2021 y hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2020. •Ampliación del importe destinado al Bono Social por consumo de agua, hasta los 70.0000 €, destinado a las familias más desfavorecidas y las afectadas por los ERTES. •Amortiguación del recibo por consumo de agua correspondiente a los meses de marzo y abril. •Puesta en marcha de un banco de alimentos municipal gestionado por la Concejalía de Bienestar Social, Familia y Mujer. •Estudio económico para la implantación de medidas de conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar. Prestación de servicios y programas en materia de atención a mujeres víctimas de violencia machista a través del CAVI. Medidas medioambientales •Mejorar la salud ambiental, dando prioridad a actuaciones que mejoren el binomio salud y medio ambiente en todas las políticas públicas. •Adoptar medidas para evitar que se utilicen sustancias tóxicas en las tareas de desinfección de instalaciones sanitarias, edificios y transporte, así como que se extremen las precauciones para proteger la salud de las personas que trabajan en las tareas de desinfección. •Publicación de recomendaciones sobre salud e higiene a través de las redes sociales municipales. •Reforzar la limpieza y desinfección de espacios públicos, instalaciones deportivas, colegios otros ámbitos públicos de competencia municipal, implementando, con carácter fijo, medidas higiénicas continuas de desinfección e hidro limpieza de la vía pública y contenedores. •Concienciar a la población sobre la importancia de no arrojar los EPIs a la calzada. •Estudiar, cara al próximo curso escolar, la forma de incrementar el número y frecuencia del servicio público de autobuses a Murcia y centros universitarios para poder garantizar medidas higiénicas como el distanciamiento social, en prevención de posibles nuevos rebrotes de la Covid-19.
