The jury of the October Young awards has failed the awards of the Graffiti and Photography competitions.
The winners of the Graffiti contest were Lucía Viudez Martínez, with a first prize of 1,200 euros, Francisco Javier Rodríguez Cuadrado, with the second prize endowed with 700 euros, and José Javier Silvente Teruel with the prize to the local artist, endowed with 500 euros .
The jury has been formed by the councilors of the City Council of Alcantarilla Marina Lorenzo and Antonio Martínez, and by Francisco Miguel Pujante and Juan Antonio Martínez.
In Photography, in the Best Photography category, the winner was José Javier Lopez Franco, with a prize of 150 euros;
the second prize, endowed with 100 euros, went to Eduardo López Martínez.
In the category Best Local Author Photography, five prizes have been awarded, each endowed with 50 euros, the first prize went to Ángela Cano Balsalobre, the second one to Lucía Viudez Martínez, the third one went to Carlos García Navarro, the fourth to Julián García Navarro and the fifth to José Javier López Franco.
The jury has been composed of the councilors of the City Council of Alcantarilla Marina Lorenzo and Antonio Martínez, and Juan Manuel Lillo, Amando Araez and Mateo Rubio.
The prizes will be delivered on Saturday, October 26, starting at 8:30 p.m. in Adolfo Suárez Square.
Young October is celebrated on the weekend of October 25 and 26 with a good number of activities for young people between 12 and 36 years.
In addition to the Graffiti and Photography competitions, the I DJ's contest is being developed and on Saturday, October 26, starting at 10 am, the IV international fast painting contest will be held.
