Tomorrow will be a mock chemical accident in Sewell, activation of the two sirens (03/06/2009)

The objective of the drill is that populations of Sewer and the hamlet of Sangonera la Seca Murcia learn to recognize the acoustic signals the beginning and end of an emergency of this kind.

The beginning of the alert are three acoustic signals spaced one-minute silence for 5 seconds.

The purpose of the alert is marked with a single signal of 30 seconds duration.

The Emergency Department has placed 600 signs announcing the drill on the premises and places frequented.

Also, local radio stations have broadcast spots a vehicle information and mobile public address has toured the municipality and the hamlet Sewer Sangonera la Seca Murcia recent days to report the same.

In addition, households have been divided by a total of 12,000 information brochures that explain what should and what not to do in case of chemical emergency.
