A food handler is professionally which is in direct or indirect contact with food can shape and influence somehow on food hygiene.

In response to the demands of citizens and Sewer caterers and hospitality municipality, the City Sewer, in collaboration with the company Olmos Cases Training Group, has organized this course completely free of food handling essential for the accreditation of the knowledge and skills necessary for anyone who sets their work in contact with food during preparation, manufacture, processing, manufacturing, packaging, storage, transport, distribution, sale, supply and service.

The Food Handlers Certificate is essential to work in bars, restaurants, supermarkets, childcare, transportation and distribution of food, packaging and handling factories, hotels, shops, fish and meat sector, school cafeterias, nursing homes, home care, etc.
