The IES "Alcantara" Sewer is one of the centers of the Region of Murcia authorized to teach the Research School since 2010/11.
The main objective of this experimental program is to provide students with an excellent education and a rigorous training on various subjects, approaching them in a practical and enjoyable to research methodology way.
In second year, students produce a research paper on one of the subjects of modality courses-da that is taken into account for the classification of matter and must be exposed, orally, before the end of the second evaluation of each school year.
The research is an individual and unpublished work by which the student tries to apply, test or deepen the knowledge acquired in a particular subject.
Therefore serves to develop their research skills, expand knowledge gained and make him develop a critical spirit and a positive attitude to face the problems of science and make concrete decisions.
Conduct a research re not reduced to a collection of information, nor a simple bibliographic recession.
The work is constructed synthesizing and building topics depending on the approach that each student him.
Transforming research in a written report to the student assumes a challenge, and so is the present oral synthetic, orderly, clear and consistent, the process and results of the investigation.
