Procession of the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem

From the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption Sewer depart the Holy Way of the Cross procession through the streets of our town, with the image of the Holy Christ holder and Mercy Health and the image of Our Lady of Consolation, works both the sculptor of Palma del Rio, Cordoba.

The image of Christ and Mercy Health, head of the Brotherhood, is a complete picture of dress polychrome wood work of sculptor Jacob Manuel Quero Cordoba made in 2003 and depicts Jesus in its submission to the people (Ecce Homo) with the attributes of this title, that is, crown of thorns, cane in hand, white robe and red chlamys.

The Brotherhood has as co-owner to Our Lady of Grace, small image anonymous seventeenth-century polychrome wood and clothing, representing Mary pregnant with a little baby Jesus in her womb.
