The City Council enables five food and clothing collection points to help people affected by the floods (16/09/2019)

It makes available to the Emergency Coordination Center a cuba truck, two water cleaning equipment and vehicles equipped with water bilge pumps

As of today, the City Council of Alcantarilla enables five food and clothing collection points so that residents who wish to do so can collaborate with the municipalities most affected by heavy rains.

This initiative is carried out as many neighbors are organizing clothes and food collection and have contacted the City Council to make deliveries.

The centers enabled are:

- Office of Works and Services, Madrid Street.

Hours from 9 to 14 hours.

- Infanta Elena Cultural Center, Carros Street, 37. Hours from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

- Jara Carrillo sports hall, José Capel medical street.

Hours from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

- Andrés Francés Teruel Pavilion (Campoamor), Campoamor Garden, s / n.

Hours from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

- Department of Culture, Anastasio Martínez Valcárcel Sculptor Square.

Hours from 9 to 14 hours.

Mainly clothing, blankets, bottled water, non-perishable food, cleaning products and personal hygiene products are needed.

Likewise, the City Council has made available to the Emergency Coordination Center 1-1-2 Region of Murcia, a Cuba truck, two hydraulic cleaning equipment and vehicles equipped with bilge pumps to help the most affected municipalities.
